Our latest “Plan of the Month” is a modification of “The Fredericksburg 2” plan. With this plan you will never have to worry about not having enough bathrooms to accommodate. Boasting 3 full size bathrooms and a half bath in the laundry room, your family and guests will feel right at home. Just like in the original Fredericksburg 2, the master bedroom is down the hall and secluded from all the other bedrooms. Utilizing every turning corner of this floor plan keeps the square footage down by only adding an additional 89 sq.ft to the total living area from the original Fredericksburg 2.
